Prozorro, Ukraine’s electronic public procurement system, has revolutionized state spending by ensuring transparency, with over 2.5 million competitive procurements saving more than UAH 301 billion (approx. $8.7+ billion) over nine years. As of early 2025, over 35,000 public entities and 165,000 suppliers use the system, which includes the rapid-growth Prozorro Market, which alone saved over UAH 12.5 billion.
